What counts as a PR
In LiftShift, a PR is your best-ever performance for an exercise under the PR definition used by the app. This is computed from your logged sets.
What a PR does not mean
- It does not mean your technique was optimal.
- It does not mean the set was equally strict across sessions.
- It does not replace proper coaching or medical guidance.
